Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years of experience, or 7+ years with a Master’s, or 6+ years with a PhD.
• Strong technical knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Proven track record in leadership, budgeting, and client engagement.
