Responsibilities

• Develop the project scope, fee quotation, and contribute to technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison; manage the project team to deliver scope, schedule and budgets.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production.
• Lead the project management plan development and delivery while mentoring staff.
• Oversee project staffing, recruitment, development, retention, and performance reviews.
• Support business development and client relationships; contribute to pursuit efforts for major projects.
• Recruitment, hiring, and staff development; ensure resources are allocated effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
