Job summary

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Bridge Project Manager to lead structural bridge engineering projects from planning and design through completion. The role combines project management, technical leadership, client communication, team development, and multidisciplinary coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of bridge structural engineering and project management experience, an active PE license, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of bridge structural engineering and engineering project management experience.
• Active PE license.
• Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, teams, and client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage bridge engineering projects according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Lead project planning, scope development, scheduling, risk management, and project controls.
• Coordinate engineers, technical staff, disciplines, and subconsultants to deliver high-quality projects.
• Develop and maintain Project Management Plans, quality plans, schedules, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor project financial performance, review invoices, and support budget management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and develop change orders and additional-work proposals.
• Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to clients, leadership, and internal teams.
• Build strong client relationships and understand client requirements and expectations.
• Lead project meetings, presentations, status updates, and technical coordination.
• Support proposals, interviews, marketing initiatives, and business development activities.
• Provide technical direction, coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to project team members.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and to required quality standards.
