Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Bridge Project Manager to lead the Bridge Team in Charleston, SC or Columbia, SC. You will manage all aspects of bridge delivery, mentor PMs, and drive proposals and client relations to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates bring a PE license, 15+ years of engineering experience with 8+ in PM, and strong proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and scheduling tools. Travel to sites as needed is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
Master’s degree preferred.
PE license required.
15 years’ progressive engineering experience with 8+ years PM.
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation and MS Office.
Experience delivering and winning SCDOT work.
Travel ability as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of bridge project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships, while thoroughly understanding project risks and financial measures.
Serve as a "seller/doer," developing work with specific clients and leading marketing plan development for target market areas.
Lead and mentor other Project Managers, setting vision and strategy, and supporting professional growth across the team.
Prepare proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documents.
Track and oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards.
Play a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management, ensuring all client needs are met.
