HNTB is seeking a senior engineer in New York to lead design calculations, technical reports, and engineering plans for complex infrastructure projects. You will mentor junior staff, consult with the project manager, and ensure delivery aligns with schedule and budget.

Responsibilities include scope development, client coordination, and supporting marketing/proposals. This role emphasizes broad technical solutions and cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver high-quality projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience; or
• Master's degree in Engineering with 7+ years of relevant experience; or
• PhD in Engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience

Responsabilidades

• Uses senior-level technical expertise to consider broad range of engineering solutions.
• Leads discipline delivery on larger, multi-disciplinary projects and coordinates with other disciplines.
• Assists in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
• Develops scope of work and level of effort and manages adherence to scope and budget on complex projects.
• Oversees completeness and accuracy of project team's work within the technical discipline.
• Provides technical guidance and mentoring to team members to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinates technical aspects of the project with client counterpart and teaming partners.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
