Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of bridge construction.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and team members.
• Strong safety compliance and ability to enforce company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Organize and plan the job with the Project Manager and assist as required.
• Direct oversight of time sheets for labor and equipment, and daily reports with quantities worked.
• Maintain and manage the bridge schedule and crew productivity.
• Review cost reports, initiate field change requests, and coordinate with Project Manager/Engineer.
