Job summary

MBP is seeking a Senior Bridge Construction Inspector in the United States to lead on-site inspection of bridge and roadway construction. You will verify conformance with plans, manage documentation, and provide QA/QC oversight across multiple crews.

The role requires advanced inspection knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to communicate with authorities, contractors, and MBP personnel. A base salary reflects seniority and field responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with technical training preferred.
• Significant experience in bridge/roadway inspection and QA/QC practices.
• Must be able to manage documentation, reports, and communications with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead other inspectors on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Represent the client on-site with QA/QC, cost control, and time management responsibilities.
• Perform field checks of as-built plans and ensure completeness.
• Conduct on-site inspections for conformance to specs and codes; review pay quantities.
• Coordinate and manage inspection activities across project teams.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and maintain project records.
