Job summary

Blue Heron is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to bring the brand to life across print, digital, sales, events, and environmental applications. You’ll work with the Marketing and Creative team to translate direction into polished design solutions that support the integrated design-build business and customer experience.

With 5+ years of experience, you’ll craft typography, layout, imagery, and visual hierarchy, create assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and ensure brand consistency

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design tools.
• Strong typography, layout, and brand systems understanding.
• Experience producing print and digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality creative assets across digital, social, print, and events.
• Translate creative direction and objectives into visual solutions reflecting the Blue Heron brand.
• Prepare production-ready files for print, digital, signage, and other applications.
• Coordinate file specs and production requirements with internal partners and vendors.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Events, and stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
