Responsibilities

• Make content feel human and culturally relevant, not overly corporate.
• Run product and company news announcements, media pitching, and amplification.
• Grow earned media coverage year over year through strategic PR.
• Coordinate social and PR tentpole moments and manage an always-on calendar.
• Build media relationships and support thought leadership with sharp POVs on AI and education.
• Manage agency partners, briefs, budgets, and quality of work.
• Oversee community interactions and route user issues to internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on brand and business goals.
