Unmanned Safety Institute, Inc. is hiring a Senior Photographer / Videographer, Brand in Denver. You’ll shoot and cut photo and video for seasonal campaigns, translating concepts into storyboards and shot lists, then shooting on location across Colorado.

You’ll lead the Studio Photographer, collaborate with the Creative Director and Growth team, and ensure the visual language stays unified across channels. This is a hybrid, in-office 2 days/week role with a strong salary and benefits.

Formación

• 4–5 years shooting brand or lifestyle content (in-house, agency, or freelance).
• Portfolio and reel showing strong photo and video work.
• Hands-on editing and color work for photo and video (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Experience turning a creative brief into a plan and executing on location.
• Experience leading on set or mentoring other photographers/crew.
• Track record delivering assets across multiple channels and formats on deadline.

Responsabilidades

• Translate concepts into a plan with storyboards, shot lists, locations, talent and deliverables by channel/format.
• Shoot photo and video on location across Colorado and beyond, directing talent in real conditions.
• Edit, color grade, and deliver final assets; manage versions for various channels and upload in DAM.
• Lead the Studio Photographer; provide feedback and ensure brand consistency across imagery.
• Collaborate with Creative Director, Creative Ops Coordinator, and Growth team on needs, timelines, and priorities.
• Maintain gear, file organization, and asset delivery processes for the team.
