Job Summary

The Senior Brand Manager - Meiomi will lead the development and execution of the annual and long-term strategic marketing plan for Meiomi, a key priority premium wine brand. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, commercial leadership, innovation, and business performance, with accountability for driving sustainable growth while protecting long-term brand equity, pricing integrity, and premium positioning. The ideal candidate brings wine industry experience and a proven track record managing premium consumer brands within a complex and highly competitive marketplace. This person combines strong consumer marketing capabilities with a deep understanding of the three-tier system, distributor and trade engagement, pricing architecture, premium wine consumers, and the distinct needs of retail and on-premise channels. They will thrive in a creative, fast-paced, solutions-focused, collaborative, cost-conscious, and entrepreneurial culture, and will be equally comfortable setting strategy, influencing cross-functional partners, and rolling up their sleeves to drive execution.

Essential Functions
  • Premium Brand Stewardship and Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute annual and long-range brand strategies that drive sustainable growth while protecting and enhancing Meiomi's long-term equity, premium positioning, pricing integrity, and consumer relevance. Lead brand planning, business reviews, and strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  • Commercial Leadership and Cross-Functional Influence: Partner closely with Sales, distributor partners, and key retail and on-premise accounts to identify growth opportunities, strengthen marketplace execution, and align brand strategy with channel and customer realities. Influence partners across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Insights, and Innovation to drive decisions and results.
  • Consumer-Centric Marketing: Develop, implement, and assess integrated consumer-facing platforms grounded in consumer insight, category dynamics, and core brand equities. Lead agency and internal partners in creating programs that build awareness, consideration, trial, and loyalty while supporting business objectives.
  • Results-Driven Business and Portfolio Management: Use consumer, customer, category, competitive, and financial data to diagnose performance, identify key business drivers, and make clear strategic recommendations. Manage the brand across channels and subchannels while balancing volume, revenue, profitability, brand health, and long-term portfolio objectives.
  • Innovation, Premiumization, and Pricing Strategy: Lead innovation from opportunity identification through commercialization, ensuring new products, packaging, and portfolio choices strengthen brand equity. Partner cross-functionally on premiumization, pricing architecture, portfolio management, and innovation decisions that support sustainable growth.
  • Executive Communication and Strategic Storytelling: Translate complex business issues, market dynamics, and performance data into clear, concise recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional partners. Create compelling narratives and presentations that align stakeholders around priorities, decisions and action plans.
  • Efficient Project and Organizational Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams with ownership, urgency, sound judgment, and accountability. Manage ambiguity and competing priorities, drive projects to conclusion, and ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and against agreed objectives.
