Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago, IL seeks a Senior Brand Manager, Innovation to set and translate an innovation-led brand strategy into scalable growth. You will own short- and long-term plans and lead renovation agendas with cross-functional teams to drive results.

You will partner with Insights, Innovation, Finance, Sales and Marketing to identify growth opportunities, simplify complexity, and deliver clear action in a matrix organization. Strong storytelling and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing.
• Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex insights into clear direction.
• Proven experience leading innovation and renovation initiatives end-to-end.

New Hire Base Salary Range:$141,500.00 - $176,900.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
