and global teams to adapt strategies for local markets and drive portfolio growth. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring leadership across Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Sales, and Global Marketing to deliver successful product launches and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive brand marketing experience, preferably in Animal Health or regulated healthcare.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel 10%–30% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies, positioning, and messaging for Rx brands and pipeline assets.
• Lead launch readiness activities and collaboration with cross-functional teams for new products.
• Partner with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial teams to develop compliant promotional materials.
• Engage with customers at conferences, meetings, and industry events; manage external agencies and vendors.
