Roblox is seeking a Senior Brand Designer (Illustration & Graphic) to create expressive artwork that brings characters and worlds to life, owning illustration from concept to final and shaping visual quality for our brand.

Collaborate with art directors and product partners, deliver on-brand marketing materials, mentor teammates, and explore new workflows. The role is based in San Mateo, CA with onsite days; base pay ranges from $146,720 to $184,820 USD per year, plus equity and benefits.

Competenze

• 8+ years of professional illustration and design experience in games, entertainment, publishing, or brand/agency environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong fundamentals (anatomy, perspective, composition, color, lighting, environment) alongside strong graphic and visual design sensibility.
• Mastery of rendering rich, painterly, polished illustration in a digital workflow.
• Experience adapting to and matching an established art style or brand system.
• Working knowledge of typography, layout, and identity design, and the ability to apply them to marketing and brand deliverables.
• Ability to take a brief and run independently, from thumbnail to final.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting work-in-progress and managing stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with vendors, agencies, or production partners is a plus.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Procreate.
