Job summary

Educational Insights in Torrance, CA seeks a Sr. Marketing Manager, EI Brand to shape growth across our brand portfolio and cross-functionally drive go-to-market strategies.

You will lead discovery-driven marketing, scale content across creators and social channels, and partner with Sales to expand retailer relationships and licensing opportunities. MBA or 7–10 years in brand marketing preferred; travel 5–10 times/year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years’ experience in Brand Marketing, Digital and/or Social Media Marketing.
• Willing to travel approximately 5-10 times/year.
• Data driven with excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Consumer packaged goods or toy industry background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define growth strategy for EI's brand and product portfolio across lines and properties.
• Scale discovery-driven marketing programs across creators, social content, livestreaming, PR, paid media and emerging channels.
• Lead the development of a high-performing marketing team with clear ownership and development plans.
• Develop and implement a growth strategy for EI's product portfolio with cross‑functional partners.
• Partner with Sales to strengthen retailer relationships and expand distribution opportunities.
