Job summary

Infleqtion is seeking a senior visual designer to shape and execute the company’s graphic and brand identity across digital and print formats. You will own presentations, infographics, and marketing collateral, while guiding freelancers and agencies to ensure consistency and high quality.

You will translate complex technical concepts into clear visuals, collaborate with marketing and technical teams, and play a key role in evolving the visual brand and design systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in graphic, visual or brand design with recent hands-on work.
• A strong portfolio showing typography, layout and information design across digital and print.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign with advanced PowerPoint design skills.
• Experience evolving visual identities through brand guidelines and design systems.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear visuals and present design choices to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Personally design and produce presentations, infographics, graphics for marketing collateral and event materials.
• Develop visual concepts through layout, revisions and finished files ready for presentation or print.
• Create polished PowerPoint presentations for executive, customer, investor and internal audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical and business teams to ensure accurate, engaging visuals.
• Lead the development of the visual brand, roadmaps, and provide art direction to freelancers and agencies.
• Maintain brand guidelines and asset libraries for consistency across the company.
• Brief and manage freelancers/agencies for video and animation; set deliverables and deadlines.
• Provide feedback and review work for quality and brand alignment; manage multiple projects.
