Fanatics Betting & Gaming is looking for a Senior Specialist to join our Brand Experience team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is organized, resourceful, eager to learn, and excited to help bring high-impact events designed to elevate our brand presence and deepen relationships with influencers, media, and clients.

Reporting to the VP of Brand Experience, you will help execute events, activations, VIP experiences, and gifting initiatives that bring the Fanatics Betting & Gaming brand to life. You will own smaller activations and key components of larger events, working closely with internal partners, vendors, and agencies to deliver thoughtful, high-quality experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of smaller events and activations, and independently own assigned workstreams for larger experiences


• Build and manage project reports and timelines, run-of-show documents, guest communications, and on-site support


• Coordinate with internal teams - including VIP, Marketing, Creative Studio, Loyalty - to gather requirements, manage deliverables, and keep stakeholders informed


• Manage select vendor and agency relationships from initial outreach through execution, including scopes, timelines, deliverables, and invoicing


• Oversee select event logistics such as venues, catering, transportation, staffing, credentials, gifting, and guest experience


• Serve as a hands-on team lead during event setup and execution, resolving issues quickly and escalating when needed


• Manage assigned project budgets, track expenses, and communicate updates or risks in a timely manner


• Execute premium gifting initiatives, including vendor selection, ordering, inventory, fulfillment, and delivery


• Create clear project updates, event recaps, presentation materials, and recommendations based on learnings


• Help improve repeatable processes and tools that make the team more efficient and consistent


• Ensure all events, materials, and guest touchpoints reflect the Fanatics Betting & Gaming brand and quality standards

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, hospitality, client engagement, production, corporate gifting, or a related field


• Experience independently managing smaller events or meaningful workstreams within larger activations


• Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders


• Experience coordinating vendors, agencies, budgets, and event logistics


• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong instinct for guest experience and quality


• Clear, confident communicator who builds strong relationships and keeps stakeholders informed


• Resourceful and solutions-oriented, with the ability to make sound execution decisions in a fast-moving environment


• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking initiative, and stepping in wherever needed


• Experience in sports, entertainment, fashion, hospitality, or luxury experiences is a plus

Additional Expectations

• Four days per week in the New York City office


• Occasional travel for off-site events


• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends around key events

The range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual offer is confirmed.
