Job summary

Deptford, NJ-based American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You will educate guests on AE and Aerie products, build brand loyalty, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while solving guest concerns. This role requires energy, a retail background, and availability during evenings, weekends and holidays, with a 40% employee discount on AE and Aerie

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support team effort and contribute to #gettingthejobdone.
