The role owns complex design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring consistency with branding, advertising rules, and strategic goals.

The position requires advanced design expertise, strong collaboration with attorneys and staff, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and marketing

Qualifications

• Advanced design expertise with independent creative judgment.
• Exceptional visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience with AI-assisted creative tools preferred.
• Familiarity with legal advertising regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for internal and external campaigns from concept to final execution.
• Design marketing collateral for digital, print, and social channels in compliance with regulations.
• Prepare storyboards and mockups for leadership review.
• Collaborate with attorneys and business professionals to translate objectives into visuals.
• Assist with website design updates and front-end visuals.
