Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP seeks a highly experienced Creative Manager to elevate the firm’s visual brand across marketing collateral, ads, event materials, and digital assets. The role combines strategy, design excellence, and hands-on production to support firm goals.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in graphic design and will lead a team while collaborating with department leaders to maintain brand integrity and deliver compelling client-facing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communication design or relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in graphic design, creative services, or related marketing design work; law firm or professional services preferred.
• Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Mac experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of marketing templates, ads, event materials, and brand assets.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling design solutions informed by research and trends.
• Manage creative projects from concept to completion, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Serve as primary creative contact for internal clients and cross-functional marketing teams.
• Oversee the creative team and external resources, guiding direction and performance.
