Job summary

SimpsonScarborough is hiring a Senior Designer for a fully remote role across the United States. You will lead visual concepting for brand and campaign work, and collaborate closely with Strategy, Accounts and Digital teams to deliver cohesive visual systems.

We seek 3–4 years of graphic design experience, strong InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator skills, and proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD. The role mentors juniors and contributes to strategy and materials for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or graphic design or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of graphic design experience within a creative team.
• Strong skills with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; proficient in Figma or XD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual concepting process for brand and campaign work.
• Produce deliverables across digital, print and environmental touchpoints.
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across engagements.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to studio growth.
