Job summary

Phantom is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to own end-to-end brand design across campaigns and launches. You will shape Phantom's visual identity, contribute to design systems, and collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Product to ensure high-quality creative across all touchpoints.

You should have 6+ years in brand design, a strong portfolio, and expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Remote work is supported with a flexible schedule and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in brand design across agency and in-house environments.
• Portfolio demonstrates strategic conceptual thinking and high design craft.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects is a plus).
• Strong presentation and communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to and extending a brand design system.
• Curious about AI-powered design tools and integration into workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end brand design across campaigns, product launches, social, and brand moments.
• Evolve Phantom's visual identity and contribute to design system decisions.
• Translate complex briefs into clear, compelling creative assets.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Product to embed brand quality.
• Lead creative development on high-visibility projects for executive leadership.
• Shape team processes, build reusable components, and explore AI-enabled efficiency.
• Design and produce presentation materials for board updates and investor decks.
