Job summary

Topstep seeks a Graphic Designer to bring the brand to life across digital and marketing initiatives for the Prop Trading team. You will own projects from concept to execution, shaping visual storytelling for landing pages, emails, social, and campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in branding and digital design, a strong portfolio, and expert typography. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma is required, with collaborative, fast-paced teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 4+ years of graphic design experience
• Strong branding, digital design, and visual storytelling portfolio
• Expert typography and layout skills
• Proficiency in Adobe CC and Figma

Responsibilities

• Design across digital, web, email, social, and ads
• Maintain brand guidelines across channels
• Create landing pages and web graphics with UX/ marketing teams
• Collaborate with Art Directors, PMs, Copywriters
• Present concepts and incorporate feedback
