Job summary

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer – Brand to craft bold, brand-driven visuals across campaigns, packaging, and digital channels. You will translate concepts into polished executions and scale campaign systems for print and digital formats.

You will collaborate with senior teammates and production partners, maintain visual consistency, and push creative boundaries while meeting tight timelines. A strong portfolio and 3–5+ years of design experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Portfolio required with relevant brand, campaign and design work.
• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
• Strong typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Experience across print and digital formats; retail/POS and packaging is a plus.
• Excellent image-retouching and compositing skills.
• Ability to interpret and execute creative direction with clarity and attention to detail.
• Comfortable balancing multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and embrace feedback.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support brand campaigns across channels including POS, packaging and digital.
• Adapt visuals and established systems across sizes and formats.
• Assist product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Retouch, composite and finalize imagery for production.
• Collaborate with art directors, managers and production teams to ensure quality and consistency.
• Prepare production-ready files meeting brand standards.
