Job summary

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Visual Designer to lead the Alani Nu brand identity across packaging, POS, events, and campaigns from concept to rollout.

You will collaborate with the Brand Design Lead, direct brand shoots, and shape copy while guiding designers and copywriters to ensure high-quality, on-brand storytelling. The role requires 7+ years in visual design, expert Adobe skills, UX/UI awareness, and a portfolio demonstrating impactful brand work.

Qualifications

• Portfolio required and showcased brand/campaign work
• 7+ years of visual design experience in an agency or in-house creative team
• Proven leadership and team management across design and copy
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in Microsoft tools; familiarity with Figma or similar
• Deep understanding of brand systems, hierarchy and scalable creative execution
• Advanced layout, packaging, illustration, color theory and typography skills
• Conceptual thinker who translates strategy into on-brand storytelling
• Experience with digital-first design and UX/UI best practices
• Meticulous attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and deliverables
• Highly collaborative with strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Alani Nu brand identity across packaging, POS, events, merchandise and campaigns
• Collaborate with Brand Design Lead and Brand Studio to lead creative execution from concept to rollout
• Concept and direct brand photoshoots; provide direction in sketches to on-set direction
• Guide and feedback to Designers, Copywriters and Art Directors for creative excellence
• Mentor design and copy teams; delegate tasks and manage day-to-day work
• Develop brand copy and messaging to align tone with brand voice
• Cross-functional collaboration with innovation, digital, ecommerce, marketing and project management
• Oversee print-ready packaging and label designs; ensure brand cohesion
• Lead creative quality control with production and vendors; approve assets
• Develop moodboards and visual references to communicate direction
• Present and pitch creative ideas internally; push into new visual territory
• Champion consistent execution across touchpoints; maintain voice and visual systems
• Hands-on creative support with storytelling, layout, typography and illustration
• Stay current on design trends and the beverage landscape
• Model ownership, accountability and initiative across workstreams
• Explore new tools to enhance design and storytelling; AI tools proficiency
