Job summary

Giant Spoon seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to concept and design brand campaigns across campaigns, editorial, product, identity, motion, and experiential design. You will lead small teams and execute cutting‑edge visuals for diverse brands from print to digital.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of design experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
• BA degree in graphic design or equivalent training.
• Advanced knowledge of computer design software/hardware and staying current.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; motion design a plus.
• Agility in design style to meet client needs.
• Strong problem-solving and growth mindset.
• Ability to prioritize and work under tight timelines.
• Collaborative across departments and offices.
• Excellent communication and presentation of work.
• Sophisticated typography and color sensibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all graphic design components on assigned projects, developing unique graphic systems.
• Develop branding ranging from logo design to full brand systems.
• Custodian of Giant Spoon and client brands and logos/style guides.
• Art direct pitches and projects, creating a visual language aligned with client goals.
• Create and curate decks/presentations to support new business pitches.
