Job summary

Wpromote x Giant Spoon in NYC seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to concept and design brand campaigns across disciplines, leading small teams when needed. You will develop graphic systems, assets, and execution for print, digital, social and experiential projects with a strong creative POV.

You will craft brand identities, steward logos and style guides, and present work to clients and leadership. The role blends design excellence with client-focused storytelling in a fast-paced studio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of design experience in a fast-paced creative environment; advertising agency experience preferred.
• BA degree in graphic design or equivalent training.
• Advanced knowledge of design software/hardware and ability to stay current.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; motion design, illustration and/or prototyping are a plus.
• Agility in design style and approach based on client/project needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all graphic design components on assigned projects, creating unique graphic systems/identities.
• Develop branding for campaigns from logos to full brand systems meant to last years.
• Serve as custodian of Giant Spoon and client brands, updating logos and style guides.
• Art direct pitches and projects, shaping visual language to support objectives.
• Create decks/presentations, crafting memorable visuals for new business pitches.
• Present work to leadership and clients with a clear point of view.
• Design within budgets and print parameters; propose new graphic solutions.
• Manage timelines for digital and print elements; coordinate with production teams.
