Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Senior Designer to lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, events, presentations, and advertising. You will translate campaign strategy into distinctive visual concepts and cohesive systems, partnering with the Director of Brand and Creative.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional design experience with a portfolio showing integrated brand campaigns.
• Expert command of typography, composition, color, imagery, and art direction.
• Translate campaign strategy and briefs into distinctive concepts and scalable visual systems.
• Experience developing campaigns across digital, social, advertising, events, and other brand touchpoints.
• Move fluidly from early concept development through final production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience directing and reviewing work by designers, agencies, and production partners.
• Strong presentation skills to clearly explain and defend creative decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with writers, marketers, video teams, and other creatives.
• Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of production requirements across digital and print formats.
• Exceptional attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Operate as a senior contributor with minimal day-to-day direction.
