Job summary

OneHope seeks a Lead Brand Designer in Pompano Beach, FL or remote to shape how millions experience our mission through print, digital, and events. This senior role blends strategy with hands-on design, establishing brand standards and elevating creative across campaigns.

You will collaborate with marketers, developers, writers, and ministry leaders, mentor designers, and push creative boundaries with modern tools and accessible, impactful visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive professional design experience across digital, print, and experiential media.
• Expertise across digital, web, print, environmental graphics, presentations, events, and emerging digital platforms.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) with familiarity in After Effects or motion design tools.
• Proficiency with AI-powered tools (Adobe Firefly generative features) and at least one image-generation platform (Midjourney, DALL·E).
• Proven experience designing for digital and print with solid UI/UX understanding and accessibility.
• Experience creating and editing motion graphics and on-screen graphics for live/virtual events.
• Strong typography, layout, branding, visual storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual thinking across digital and print media.
• Willingness to mentor junior designers and provide direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the brand direction across all OneHope touchpoints, ensuring consistency and innovation.
• Evolve visual identity, design systems, templates, and asset libraries.
• Create concept-driven work that strengthens the brand beyond templates.
• Provide direction and feedback to junior designers, regional designers, freelancers, and partners.
• Lead reviews to ensure clear design rationale and design excellence.
• Design digital experiences (web, landing pages, emails) with accessibility and usability in mind.
• Collaborate with writers, marketers, developers, and ministry leaders to translate strategy into visuals.
• Produce print collateral, event graphics, signage, and environmental graphics.
• Mentor and inspire the design team across regions and disciplines.
