Carwow is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to elevate how our brands appear across campaigns, social content and editorial storytelling. As the sole permanent designer in Brand Creative, you’ll own concepts from early ideas to final delivery and mentor freelancers.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio showing concept development and crafted design across digital and print.
• Ability to create coherent campaigns from early concepts to multi-channel rollouts.
• Comfortable collaborating with copywriters and stakeholders, providing clear feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality design across brand, campaign, social, print, CRM, paid media and editorial channels.
• Partner with the Head of Creative, Creative Strategist and Copywriters to develop clear, insight-led ideas and campaign directions.
• Interpret brand guidelines pragmatically and propose improvements.
• Produce scalable assets: layouts, toolkits, templates and visual systems for the group.
• Create social-first paid video content for YouTube and Meta.
• Work with Product Designers to translate brand creative into digital journeys.
• Present work with clear rationale and constraints while illustrating impact.
