Mortenson in Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to independently execute high-quality brand experiences in line with Mortenson’s enterprise standards, visual systems, and experience direction. You will apply strong brand judgment on complex, high-visibility work and support consistency across touchpoints.

Qualificações

• BA in Graphic Design or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong knowledge of brand standards and visual systems.
• Ability to apply brand direction across multiple touchpoints.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Execute brand experiences and creative work across campaigns, initiatives, and enterprise needs.
• Translate brand standards, visual systems, and direction into high-quality outputs.
• Contribute to complex or high-visibility projects with strong brand judgment and execution.
• Apply enterprise brand standards across assigned work and ensure quality guidelines are met.
• Support environmental branding across offices, jobsites, and events.
• Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to implement approved designs.
• Balance priorities, manage timelines, and communicate needs clearly.
