Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, seeks a Lead Brand Designer to own and evolve its visual identity across website, product marketing, events, and sales collateral. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of brand design; 2+ years leading projects or teams.
• Brand systems expertise with scalable guidelines.
• Exceptional typography, layout, color, and composition across digital, print, and presentation formats.
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite; Slides or PowerPoint for decks.
• Ability to coach designers and manage creative workflow, intake, and deadlines.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the brand system and maintain guidelines and templates.
• Set creative direction for campaigns, launches, the website, events, and sales enablement.
• Design high-impact assets across digital and print from concept to production.
• Lead and coach designers and freelancers; manage priority and quality.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Content, Sales, and Product Design.
• Scale brand consistency with reusable templates and components.
• Connect design to results using performance data, feedback, and testing.
• Manage agencies and vendors; oversee budgets where applicable.
