Job summary

Curiosity, based in Cincinnati, is seeking a Senior Designer with 5+ years of experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment. You will design robust campaign and brand systems for both traditional and digital media, and demonstrate excellence in typography, layout, and storytelling.

You will collaborate across internal marketing and our client roster, present work to clients and teams, and thrive in a fast-paced setting while delivering high-quality design solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a designer or senior designer in an agency, studio or in-house creative environment.
• Excellent craft in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and Keynote; After Effects is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Design robust campaign and brand systems and apply them across traditional and digital advertising.
• Contribute to internal marketing initiatives as well as client work across the roster.
• Confidently present work internally and to clients, discussing design decisions and rationale.
