0x is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to elevate the visual identity of 0x and Matcha across touchpoints. You’ll balance high‑craft brand work with fast, sales‑oriented outputs, primarily focused on 0x with some on Matcha, collaborating with marketing and sales to shape assets and templates.

You’ll own typography, layout, and reusable components, stay ahead of crypto design trends, and align with our values while fitting US Pacific hours. This is a hands-on, senior role.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help elevate the visual identity of two very different brands across every touchpoint: 0x, our onchain routing infrastructure, and Matcha, our consumer DEX aggregator. Today, the biggest priorities are sales enablement, web design and social graphics, with about 90% of your time spent on 0x and 10% on Matcha. This is a senior, hands‑on role for a designer who can move fluidly between high-craft visual design and the practical demands of a fast-moving marketing and sales function. As the only designer on our marketing team, you'll play a key part in shaping how the 0x and Matcha brands look and feel. The role requires an overlap with US Pacific hours.

What you'll do

• Evolve visual identity and brand guidelines for 0x.
• Design and maintain a library of sales enablement assets : pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, proposal templates and partner kits.
• Design web pages , including landing pages, product pages, and comparison pages.
• Design social graphics for both 0x and Matcha.
• Design for campaign launches and major sales or industry moments, from concept through final assets.
• Build brand and marketing templates and components that non-designers can use confidently across campaigns, social and sales materials.
• Stay current on crypto, DeFi and fintech design trends.

What you'll bring

• 4+ years of brand design experience , including at least 1 year in crypto, DeFi or emerging tech.
• A portfolio of shipped brand work across web, social and sales materials.
• A track record of shaping and extending a visual identity , not just working within one.
• Strong typography and layout skills.
• Expert-level Figma skills, including building reusable templates and components.
• Fluency with AI design tools , and experience using them to raise both the speed and quality of your work.
• Experience partnering closely with marketing and sales teams, translating business goals into design.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• A bias for action: you get things done without waiting to be asked and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
• Alignment with our core values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact.
• Ability to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe.

Nice to have

• Experience building pages in Webflow, plus basic HTML/CSS.
• Experience taking a website redesign from concept to launch.
• Illustration and basic motion design skills.
• Experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences.

• The base salary range for this position is USD $120,000 - $180,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
