Job summary

Samyang America seeks a Director of Graphic Design to lead the visual expression across packaging, brand identity, e-commerce, and consumer channels. You will align design with marketing, brand, and sales objectives while guiding internal and external creatives.

The role drives brand growth through design standards, innovative packaging, and compelling digital experiences, ensuring consistency across platforms and retail environments.

Qualifications

• BA in Graphic Design or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive design experience, leading brand/consumer design.
• Experience in food/CPG, retail, or consumer goods.
• Demonstrated packaging design and brand identity development.
• Experience across digital touchpoints: web, e-commerce, social.

Responsibilities

• Own design vision for brands and portfolio across packaging, digital, and retail.
• Lead internal/external design teams and partners to deliver high-quality work.
• Develop design systems, guidelines, and governance across channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Sales, and E-commerce leadership.
• Mentor designers and manage creative budgets and agency relationships.
