Job summary

Samyang America seeks a Director of Graphic Design to lead packaging, brand identity, e-commerce, and consumer-facing visuals across all channels. You’ll set the design vision, establish standards, and guide internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling work.

This senior role requires 15+ years of experience in branding and packaging for food/CPG, a BA in graphic design or related field, and a proven ability to drive strategic creative decisions that move culture and support

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive design experience in brand and consumer packaging.
• Experience leading packaging design and brand identity development.
• Strong portfolio across digital, packaging, and retail experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own design vision and creative direction for the company and its brands.
• Lead packaging design strategy from concept to production and commercialization.
• Oversee e-commerce and digital experience design across channels.
• Provide creative direction for photography, video, and campaign content.
• Lead internal teams and external agencies, managing budgets and timelines.
