Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product, brand, or marketing within a major brand or agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field; or any suitable combination of education and experience.
• Deep passion and knowledge of North American sport, athletes, and the cultural landscape.
• Creative Leadership - works with senior leaders to deliver impactful work in ambiguity.
• Proven Art Direction & Design knowledge across photography, typography, and publishing.
• Strategic Communication to align stakeholders with clarity and influence.
• Collaboration & Influence - strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Entrepreneurial Drive and Talent Magnetism for creative partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead art direction for NA, shaping visual identity with senior leadership.
• Develop visual directions for North America and LA in partnership with leaders.
• Deliver concepts, centers, photography, film content, digital design, and assets.
• Build relationships with agencies, photographers, directors, 3D artists, and more.
• Manage external talent with cross-functional leaders.
• Define art direction for NA video and photography across categories.
• Stay current with trends in sport, fashion, design, and culture.
• Collaborate with Brand Voice, Photography, Styling, Marketing, Digital, Retail, Product Design, Concepts.
• Ensure projects are well-planned, creatively exceptional, and delivered on time.
