Nike seeks a senior design leader to steer the North America Local Creation apparel direction, overseeing apparel, graphic design, and production art from concept to market. You will translate brand priorities into compelling narratives and collections for Nike and Jordan across NA categories.

The role requires leading diverse teams, driving 3D design integration, and delivering emotionally resonant, commercially relevant products that push the brand forward.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant design experience in apparel, graphic design, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field; education and training accepted as alternative.
• Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including coaching, directing, and inspiring creative teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital fluency for 3D product creation.
• A strong design portfolio is required.
• Ability to connect with North American consumers through powerful narratives and products.

Responsabilidades

• Set the creative direction for North America Local Creation apparel across Nike and Jordan.
• Lead the creative direction for apparel cut-and-sew across multiple NA categories.
• Translate brand and business priorities into seasonal product narratives and collections.
• Lead apparel, graphic design, and production art teams from concept to execution.
• Partner with Design, Product Management, Development, Footwear, and leadership to scale products.
• Build alignment across functions and geographies while advancing complex workstreams.
• Collaborate with Local Creation and global design teams for cohesive solutions.
• Create trend-relevant products while honoring Nike heritage and forward-brand vision.
