Job summary

Go Fractional seeks a multi-disciplinary creator who can own brand storytelling, write compelling copy, and execute high-quality design and production. This individual contributor role reports to the CEO and operates with creative autonomy, combining narrative, writing, and craft to move the brand forward.

You will shape narratives, craft campaigns across channels, and ensure consistency of voice, visuals, and assets from concept to final delivery.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in brand creative, design, or creative direction.
• Professional writing/background with published or shipped copy across advertising/social.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and collaborative tools like Figma.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; digital design systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own brand story and voice across touchpoints.
• Write brand copy for advertising, social, website, email, product, packaging.
• Lead design and production of campaigns and launches; produce final assets.
• Collaborate with leadership and external partners to shape direction; manage freelancers when needed.
• Maintain visual continuity across digital, print, packaging, website, and social content.
