Job summary

Lakeview is seeking a senior Copywriter, Marketing & Brand Experience to shape Lakeview’s brand voice and content quality across consumer acquisition, education, and internal communications. Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll collaborate with channel owners and cross-functional teams to craft messaging that supports campaigns and complies with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated professional experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional copywriting, brand communications, or content strategy experience.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Support development of Lakeview’s brand voice, tone, editorial standards, messaging framework and principles, and content guidelines for consistency.
• Collaborate with the creative team and channel owners to develop concepts, messaging approaches, and copy for multichannel campaigns.
• Create clear and persuasive copy communicating mortgage products, financial concepts, and customer value propositions.
• Review audience insights and campaign results to identify opportunities and improve messaging.
• Develop and edit customer education content, FAQs, lifecycle messaging, and other communications on mortgage topics.
• Support executive and internal communications, enterprise announcements, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with Video Content Producer on scripts and multimedia concepts.
• Contribute ideas to content strategies and storytelling opportunities to support priorities.
• Ensure communications deliver cohesive brand experiences with leadership input.
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to validate disclosures and content accuracy.
• Apply SEO and GEO best practices to website content and digital communications.
