Job summary

Atlanta Housing is seeking a visionary Senior Graphic Designer to own the visual design across brand, campaigns, and events. This role drives narrative, sets quality standards, and partners with communications and public engagement teams to bring complex ideas to life.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, 4+ years in graphic design, agency experience, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, communications or equivalent.
4+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
Agency experience is preferred and highly valued.
Proficiency in visual and brand design across multiple mediums.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end creative process from concept to execution across brand, campaigns, and events.
Develop conceptual pitch decks to present ideas to executives.
Oversee production of campaigns ensuring brand and business alignment.
Partner with social teams to elevate our social media presence.
Collaborate with PR and digital teams to deliver cohesive creative deliverables.
Elevate the brand through storytelling, design, and campaign production.
Manage relationships with external agencies to deliver high-quality work.
Juggle multiple projects with high quality and timely delivery.
Present concepts and campaign plans to leadership with clear vision and strategy.
Stay ahead of trends and bring innovative approaches to the creative process.
