Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst Brand Creative (Art Director) for WoW Studios in Chicago. You will develop highly conceptual, visually compelling campaigns across multiple channels, directing shoots and overseeing assets to ensure brand fidelity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agency or in-house experience crafting digital and integrated campaigns for national or global brands.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, visual communication or fine arts.
• Strong digital design chops, creating content that moves consumers through the funnel.
• Ability to influence audiences with presentations that link concepts to data and insights.
• Experience across production phases, edits, and final execution with internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Art direct highly conceptual campaigns and experiences across print, digital, social, experiential, in-store, and film.
• Create visually sophisticated designs reflecting each brand's voice, values, and identity.
• Direct photo and video shoots with directors, photographers, and production teams.
• Oversee asset development with designers and editors to realize the creative vision.
• Partner with strategy, project management, and production to deliver on time and on brand.
• Incorporate feedback with a self-critical approach across cross-functional teams.
