Qualifications

• Mortgage loan originator registration or willingness to register with the Registry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and execution of integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies.
• Monitor operational controls and regulatory compliance to protect assets.
• Drive production goals with target clients and outbound activities.
• Collaborate with branch partners and internal groups to optimize staffing.
• Conduct daily proof processes and manage controllable losses.
• Hire, coach, evaluate performance and foster a motivating environment.
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensure ethical conduct and escalation of issues.
