Job summary

TBK Bank, a subsidiary of Triumph, seeks a Senior Branch Manager to lead multiple branches and drive sales, service, and growth goals. You will cultivate a high-performing team, ensure adherence to bank policies, and enhance the customer experience across Retail, Commercial and Concierge clients.

You will supervise operations, coach staff, and partner with Sales and Service teams to deliver flawless service and community engagement. Travel to branches may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a managerial role.
• 5+ years in a retail banking environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of consumer compliance regulations, with emphasis on CIP and disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs all aspects of retail banking branch activities.
• Provide high quality service to Retail, Commercial and Concierge clients in person, by phone and email.
• Coach team members and conduct performance appraisals.
• Establish presence in the market and develop strategic local partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, BSA, and information security program.
