Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, and hold team members to performance expectations.
• Build relationships with customers and serve as trusted partner for key accounts.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and improve satisfaction and retention.
• Review operating and financial performance, identify trends and improve.
• Ensure consistent execution of standards, processes, and controls.
• Partner with sales and leadership to support market growth.
