Ntconsult is seeking a Senior BPM Consultant to lead process discovery and design for clients across industries. You will work with business stakeholders to map processes, model them in Camunda 8, and collaborate with the development team to deploy in production.

The role requires strong BPMN 2.0/DMN skills, practical Camunda 8 experience, excellent facilitation, and the ability to learn new domains quickly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BPM, process analysis, or consulting.
• Strong BPMN 2.0 and DMN modelling skills.
• Practical Camunda 8 experience.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management with senior clients.
• Ability to learn new business domains quickly.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Understanding Camunda execution concepts (retries, incidents, message correlation, versioning).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience using AI tools to support process discovery or modelling.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops to map current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design target processes and decision logic in BPMN 2.0 and DMN using Camunda 8.
• Translate business requirements into clear, executable models for the development team.
• Use Camunda’s low-code capabilities, such as connectors and forms, to accelerate delivery.
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams throughout the project.
• Advise clients on process automation strategy and modeling best practices.
