Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Company LP seeks a Business Planning & Analysis Manager for Crude Gathering in San Antonio, TX. You will lead the BP&A function, forecast, budget, report and provide actionable insights to support operations and strategy.

The role requires guiding a team, building financial models, and partnering with Operations and leadership to improve performance and decision-making. A CPA or advanced degree is preferred and a strong record in finance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Masters degree and/or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years Accounting or Finance experience (industry experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop financial analysts through direct supervision and feedback.
• Develop and maintain financial models for monthly forecasts across segments, volumes, revenues and SG&A.
• Coordinate annual budgets with Commercial and Operations Leaders; present to Executive Management.
