Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Company LP seeks a Senior BP&A Analyst for the R&M Consolidations team in Findlay, Ohio. You will lead monthly/quarterly financial reporting, analyze gross margin drivers, and partner with Investor Relations to explain results to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting required.
• Six (6) years in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in financial forecasting, business planning, and scenario modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis.
• Explain results to senior leadership including CFO/CEO.
• Coordinate with BP&A and Investor Relations on metrics and forecasting.
