Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Six years in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Limited travel requirement.
• Experience in forecasting, business planning, and scenario modeling within refining or related industries.
• Familiarity with R&M accounting standards and income statement reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis, driving insights on margin and EBITDA.
• Provide high-level analyses and narrative for senior leadership including CFO and CEO.
• Serve as a liaison for BP&A and Investor Relations, explaining metrics such as capture, opex, gross margin, inventory effects, working capital and cash flow.
• Coordinate consolidated and regional Market Metrics assumptions with Investor Relations analysts.
• Cross-train in income and cash flow forecasting and coordinate quarterly guidance with Investor Relations based on forecasted outlooks.
• Identify and implement process improvements and resolve issues, driving change management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor less-experienced team members.
