Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States is seeking a Senior Bowling Mechanic & Facility Manager to oversee the operation of our centers' pinsetters, scoring machines, lanes and building systems.

You will lead a mechanics team, train staff, manage maintenance programs, ensure OSHA compliance, and participate in budgeting for repairs and upgrades, with shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bowling mechanic experience required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating maintenance.
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift objects as needed.
• Willingness to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the center’s day-to-day maintenance from a technical perspective.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule B- and C-Mechanics under your supervision.
• Provide training on equipment, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and monitor building systems maintenance.
• Assist in planning and budgeting for repairs and upgrades.
• Be available for varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
